Thanks for shopping with Warrior Culture. Below is what to expect for shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
Where We Ship
We primarily ship within the United States.
We also offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Flat Rate $5.00 per order
- International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and available carrier options.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch from our fulfillment partner.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners (including dropshipping suppliers), processing times may vary slightly by item.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order ships:
- United States: 15–20 business days (average)
- International: Varies by destination (estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available)
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or seasonal volume.
Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
If your order includes items fulfilled by different partners, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. This is normal.
Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the label is created.
Tracking note: It’s normal for tracking to show limited updates for several days while packages move between carrier facilities or are in transit to the next scan point.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for an additional shipping fee to resend it.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Shipping Delays
If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, email us at info@warriorcultureshop.com and we’ll help investigate.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, email info@warriorcultureshop.com within 7 days of delivery (or the last tracking update) and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
- Tracking details
We’ll work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to determine the best resolution.
